Eastern Band of the Cherokee Indians

Born 1997, Sylva, North Carolina

I currently work at the Cherokee Indian Hospital as a Credentialing Clerk. I am in the band River Kane and play stickball for the Hummingbirds. My dream is to become an environmental scientist. I have always had a love for Nature and currently live in the Great Smokies. In my culture, we are supposed to hold Nature as our number one since we get everything from the Earth.

MORE WORK
This picture shows the pure beauty of the Mountains that I’ve called home my whole life. The picture shows how it should be, Nature in the middle of our lives. Picture taken at Waterrock Knob in the Blue Ridge about 15 minutes from my home in July 2018.
